Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to try Kloomie?
No. Create a team and use everything for 14 days. When you’re ready, the owner subscribes in Settings → Team → Billing.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If nobody subscribes, the team becomes read-only. Everyone can still sign in, look at everything and export it, and nothing is deleted. Subscribe and it’s all back to normal.
Who pays, the company or each person?
The company. One subscription covers the whole team, paid by the owner. Members never see a payment screen.
Does Kloomie work on phones?
Yes. Open Kloomie in Safari or Chrome and add it to your home screen, and it opens full screen like any other app. There are desktop apps for Mac and Windows too.
Can I send email from my own address?
Yes. Connect your Outlook or Gmail and campaign email goes out from your own mailbox, so replies come straight to you. Kloomie only asks for permission to send, not to read your inbox.
Does Kloomie use AI?
Where it helps: drafting a campaign from a brief, summing up a call log, writing up meeting notes. It always shows a draft and changes nothing until you accept it.
